session. Limited drop-ins from $12-$20 per class. Private rate
is $35 per hour plus studio time, semi-privates are $45 per

Nicola has pursued formal qualifications and has 9 years of
experience. Cultural, historical, musical, and technical
information are central to her classes. All studio classes
include finger cymbal technique, and from Level 2 on, veil,
cane, and floor work. Nicola teaches Egyptian and American
style raks sharqi/cabaret, plus beledi, shaabi, Ghawazee,
Saidi, Khaleegi, some Tunisian, and fusion. There are 4 levels
currently offered, plus specialty classes. She teaches skills in
improvisation as well as choregraphy. Nicola teaches
workshops from introductory to upper intermediate levels.
Custom choreographies start at $200.
